Welcome to the neon fruit stall in the rain.

Kacha Fruit Cut is a fruit-cutting management game set in a cyberpunk night market. You run an increasingly busy fruit stall, serving customers as they arrive, buying the right fruit, cutting it into pieces, packing it into order boxes, and handing it over before your customers lose patience.

This is not just a reaction-based fruit-cutting game. Each fruit has its own cost, yield, and sell value. Buy too much, and your profit shrinks. Buy too little, and you may not be able to finish orders in time. Wrong cuts, board leftovers, cleanup, and unfinished orders can all affect your final earnings. Every level asks you to balance speed, accuracy, and cost control.

Customers will ask for different combinations of fruit. Regular fruit goes onto the cutting board and must be cut in the correct sequence, while ingredient-style fruit such as blueberries and grapes goes directly into the order box. When the cutting board is occupied, newly purchased fruit waits in the buffer zone. You can remove the last buffered fruit, clear the board, or take a risk and keep serving as the stall gets more chaotic.

Consecutive correct cuts build your Perfect combo and can trigger Fever mode. During Fever, the rhythm becomes more forgiving, but you still need to read the current fruit and land the first correct cut if you want better rewards and higher end-of-level ratings.

As the game progresses, fruit types, order combinations, customer pacing, cost pressure, and input density gradually increase. Early levels help you learn how the stall works, while later levels ask for faster, steadier decisions under heavier order pressure.

There is more than one way to run a night market stall. By unlocking different stall owners, you can return to the same business with a different rhythm: some are better for steady play, some reward long combos, and some can turn chaotic orders into higher profits.

You do not need to save the world.

You just need to buy the right fruit, cut it well, pack the orders, and survive the next customer in this rainy neon night.
